License Requirements
- Tourist card (Couple & Witnesses), which is given to you when you arrive at Cancun Airport
- Legal Certified in Spanish translation of the couple's birth certificates
- Original blood-test results (taken a maximum of two weeks before the wedding)
- Passport and driver's licences from Couple and 4 witnesses
- List of 4 witnesses, with their names, addresses, and nationalities
- If one of the contracting parties is Mexican and is marrying a foreigner, he or she must present a permit from the Mexican Department of the Interior to get married
- Groom & Bride as well as witnesses must arrive at Cancun at least 3 working days prior to the wedding date.
